I reckon this one has just about run its course since we can't actually see anything of the orignal photo.
I'll get my thinking hat on and see what the next series should be based on. Probably not peoples' hands and rude gestures.

funny. I would have not hurt as much to have the tat drawn on, but it wouldn't still be on my shoulder either. :-)
